Minimum Orders
U.S. and Canada - $15.00   •   International - $125.00

International Orders
International orders require a minimum purchase of $125.00. Payment must be made in advance by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, wire transfer or a check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. currency. The following fees will apply to most orders: International Processing Fee ($35.00), Shipping Charges and Custom Fees if applicable.

Lead Times
3 business days for stock items.
5 business days for ingredients.
10 business days for liquid, pelleted and powder diets not in stock.
Please allow 10-15 business days to produce diets with new formulations and diets requiring special assays, i.e. nutrient assays.
Lead time for gamma irradiated products is 2-4 weeks. Rush service is available for an extra fee. Please call for details.

Payment Terms
Terms are NET 30 days. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or check drawn in U.S. funds on U.S. bank. Electronic payments are also accepted. Prices are subject to change without written notice.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are prepaid by Bio-Serv and added to invoice. Products are shipped by UPS, Federal Express or truck, depending on customer preference or size of order.

Returns
Please inspect all product(s) upon receiving to ensure your order has arrived in good condition. Bio-Serv is not responsible for delayed or returned shipments due to incomplete customer shipping addresses.

Enrichment Devices - 30 day return on any stock enrichment devices for a refund, except:

  • Product(s) that have been used in a laboratory or animal facility

Edible Products - 15 day return on any stock edible product (s) for refund, except:

  • Packages that have been opened
  • Products that have been used in a laboratory or animal facility
  • Temperature sensitive products

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all orders acceptable for return. All returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), which must be obtained prior to returning the product(s).

Custom Products - Custom and made to order products are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure:

  • Call Customer Service for a RMA number (800-996-9908)
  • Write RMA number on outside of box
  • Remove any old shipping labels from box prior to return
  • Return to: Bio-Serv, 3 Foster Lane, Suite 201, Flemington, NJ 08822
  • Once product is received and inspected and approved by our Quality Assurance Department, a credit will be issued
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
