PURCHASE ORDERS: We encourage you to send confirming purchase orders to document your
requirements.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Diets/Supplies:$50.00 per order. 10 liter minimum order for diets that are not in stock.
Eggs/Larvae: $100.00 minimum

STANDING ORDERS: For your convenience Bio-Serv will schedule periodic shipments on any single purchase order. This service eliminates the burden
of placing frequent purchase orders and assures a constant supply of products that are needed on a regular basis.

LEAD TIMES: Please allow 3 business days for
stocked diets, ingredients, vitamin and mineral mixes. Allow 10 business days for diets that are not in stock. Allow 2 business days for eggs and larvae.

PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, checks, wire transfers, as well as electronic payments. Terms are net 30 days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Shipping charges via UPS or Federal Express are prepaid by Bio-Serv and billed. Handling and packing charges are extra and are added to each invoice. All shipments are F.O.B. Frenchtown, NJ.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Payment must be in
advance by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfer, or a check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. currency. All shipments F.O.B. Frenchtown, N.J. There will be a documentation fee of $35.00 U.S. Funds on all foreign shipments except to Canada & Mexico.
