Shelf Life:
Bio-Serv purchases medications with the longest expiration dates (1 to 2+ years) and communicates the drug manufacturer's expiration date to you. Your compound or test article, supplied for the process will determine the expiration date.

Note:
A request form must be completed for each Standard MD's order. Click here for the form. The completed form must be faxed to Bio-Serv at 908-996-4123 where it will remain on file. Refills are permitted as long as the prescribing veterinarian appearing on the request form is still affiliated with the requesting institution.

M.S.D.S. Information:
For any test compound, other than the prescription drugs purchased by Bio-Serv, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS), or a statement regarding its safety and handling is required. Bio-Serv reserves the right to accept or reject a test compound based on its toxicological information. Test compounds can be supplied by you, or purchased by Bio-Serv with the cost passed on to you.
