Standing Orders:
Standing orders can be set up for your convenience on a single purchase order. This service eliminates the burden of placing purchase orders for products that are ordered on a routine basis.

Lead Times:
3 business days for stock items
5 business days for ingredients 10 business days for liquid, pelleted and powder
diets not in stock
Please allow 10-15 business days to produce
diets with new formulations and diets requiring
special assays i.e., cholesterol assay, mineral
and vitamin assays 3-6 weeks are required for gamma-irradiated products.

Payment Terms:
Prices are subject to change without written notice
Terms are NET 30 days
Payment for orders will be accepted by VISA,
MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or check
drawn in US Funds on US bank. Electronic payments
are also accepted.
International Orders: International orders require a minimum purchase of $125.00.
Payment must be made in advance by VISA, MASTERCARD,
wire transfer or a check drawn on a US bank in US currency.
A documentation charge is added to shipping charges.
Mexico and Canadian customers are excluded.
Shipping Information Shipping charges are prepaid by Bio-Serv and invoiced.
Products are shipped by UPS, Federal Express or truck,
depending on customer preference and quantity of order.
Returned Goods
Request for returns must be authorized by contacting our
Customer Service Department by phone or email. Request must be reported no later than 60 days from the
day of delivery. You will need the following information when
contacting us for a return:
Product name, quantity, lot number, purchase order number
and date of purchase.
Custom products are not returnable
For items that were determined to be damaged, defective
or shipped in Bio-Serv's error, Bio-Serv will either replace
the product and reimburse freight cost or provide a credit no
to exceed the cost of the product and freight. For those items that were ordered in error by the customer,
Bio-Serv will provide a credit not to exceed the cost of the product. Transportation cost will be paid by the customer.
Bio-Serv reserves the right to inspect all products that have been
returned before consideration is given to the customer
